MUSCLE | POWERED BY MIXXEDFIT®

Research from the American Heart Association shows that regular exercise helps to keep the body healthy but also helps avoid the risks of heart disease.  Additionally, according to the College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), strength training is necessary to fight the loss of muscle mass and strength and is important for adults and should come before any aerobic related exercise most especially if they are sedentary individuals.  Muscle is the perfect solution to this modern day dilemma for many.

Muscle uses both body and resistance tubes to increase participants’ musculature.  Exercises focus on specific body parts with timed choreography to keep participants in synchronicity while offering participants time periods to stretch muscles and drink water.
