SMALL GROUPS

If you had the resources, workouts, and an entire plan laid out in front of you, would you be interested in leading small groups where the focus would be on helping the closest people you love with their fitness goals? The small group would consist of: (1) The Invitation (2) The Location (3) The Workout, and (4) The Connection

The Invitation. Invite your friends, neighbors, families, coworkers — people that you do life with everyday.

The Location. Pick a place that you feel is a good fit. Beach, church, garage, kid’s school track, neighborhood, front yard. Keep it simple!

The Workout. Our Small Group Coaches will receive workouts that are simple and familiar. The workout can range from circuit training to morning walks with your small group. You pick!

The Connection. End with a prayer, a hug, a quick huddle, coffee, group photos, lunch. Connect, connect, connect.
