This document serves as a supplemental Code of Conduct for individuals serving in the role of MixxedFit® Master Educator. It should be signed in addition to the official MixxedFit® Code of Conduct located at www.ilovemixxedfit.com/code.

Master Educators serve as leaders who bring the community together through movement, service, and connection. This role represents the heart of the MixxedFit® mission—uplifting communities through fitness, purpose, and positive impact.

Role of a Master Educator

A Master Educator brings the community and people together through:

  • MixxedFit® events

  • Community classes

  • Fundraisers

  • Demonstrations and pop-ups

  • Awareness campaigns

  • Community causes and service

Master Educators use MixxedFit® as a tool to create connection and positive impact within their local communities.

Master Educator Leadership Code of Conduct

1. Community Leadership: Master Educators foster welcoming, inclusive environments where people feel safe, supported, and inspired to participate.

2. Positive Representation: Master Educators represent MixxedFit® with professionalism, kindness, and integrity both online and in person.

3. Community Engagement: Master Educators actively seek opportunities to bring people together through MixxedFit® events, classes, and outreach.

4. Service Through Movement: Master Educators recognize MixxedFit® as a platform for service and positive community impact.

5. Collaboration with Instructors: Master Educators support and encourage fellow instructors by promoting collaboration, mentorship, and shared opportunities.

6. Leadership by Example: Master Educators model the values of MixxedFit® through their actions, communication, and leadership.

7. Respect for the Brand: Master Educators agree to represent MixxedFit® respectfully and follow guidelines related to branding, programming, and intellectual property.

8. Community Inclusivity: Master Educators help ensure MixxedFit® spaces are welcoming to people of all backgrounds, fitness levels, and experiences.

9. Integrity & Accountability: Master Educators conduct themselves with honesty, responsibility, and professionalism within the MixxedFit® community.

10. Commitment to Impact: Master Educators understand their role extends beyond classes and events and commit to making a positive difference through the MixxedFit® platform.

Master Educator Role Agreement

Master Educators play an important role in strengthening the connection between MixxedFit® and the communities we serve. The following activities help ensure Master Educators remain active leaders creating meaningful community impact.

Please review and check the items you have completed during the current quarter.

  • Hosted or participated in at least one (1) MixxedFit® community class, pop-up, or demonstration event.

  • Supported or organized one (1) community outreach activity such as a health fair, school event, wellness event, or public demonstration.

  • Participated in or organized one (1) charity or fundraising activity benefiting a non-profit organization or community cause.

  • Partner with one (1) non-profit organization or community cause and support their mission through MixxedFit® programming or awareness

  • Share at least one (1) social media post per week that directly shows community impact (Call to Action event recap, photos, story, or testimonial that demonstrates MixxedFit® in action)

  • Collaborated with at least one (1) other MixxedFit® instructor or leader on a community event, class, or fundraiser.

  • Introduced MixxedFit® to new participants through one (1) demo per quarter.

  • Attend at least 3 out of 4 MixxedFit® Leadership Huddles annually

  • Support at least one (1) other MixxedFit® instructor by attending their class, collaborating on an event, or helping promote Calls to Action.

  • Engagement as a Master Educator is as an independent contractor, not an employee of MixxedFit LLC. This agreement is for a defined term of one (1) year from the effective date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this agreement.Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable written notice. In the event of termination, the contractor agrees to make reasonable efforts to fulfill any previously confirmed events or coordinate an approved transition plan. 

  • One (1) mandatory annual review will be conducted each calendar year to ensure the Master Educator remains aligned with role expectations and goals.

  • Eligibility for participation in future seasons is contingent upon the successful completion of your quarterly and annual role agreement. Failure to meet these expectations may impact your eligibility for future seasons.

  • Revisions to this MixxedFit® Master Educator Role Agreement  may be made at any time for the duration of your term as MixxedFit® Master Educator  with a 15-day electronic or written notice.   

By serving as a MixxedFit® Master Educator, individuals acknowledge their role as leaders within the organization and agree to uphold the standards outlined in both the MixxedFit® Code of Conduct, the Master Educator Code of Conduct, and the Master Educator Role Agreement.
