This document serves as the MixxedFit® National Trainer Leadership Addendum for individuals serving in the role of MixxedFit® National Trainer. It is intended to be signed in addition to the official 2026 MixxedFit® Code of Conduct located at www.ilovemixxedfit.com/code.
National Trainers hold a position of leadership, visibility, and trust within the MixxedFit® community. As representatives of the brand and mentors to instructors around the world, National Trainers are expected to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and community leadership.
By signing below, I am acknowledging that I:

understand that MixxedFit® operates on a four-quarter system: Q1 (January–March), Q2 (April–June), Q3 (July–September), and Q4 (October–December). All annual contracts will renew on January 1 of each calendar year.
National Trainer Leadership Code of Conduct
As leaders within the MixxedFit® community, National Trainers commit to the following principles:
Leadership Representation: Represent MixxedFit® with professionalism, positivity, and integrity in both in-person and online spaces.
Lead by Example: Model the values, mission, and culture of MixxedFit® through actions, communication, and engagement with the community.
Community Stewardship: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and encouraging environment for instructors and participants.
Instructor Support: Encourage collaboration and provide mentorship to instructors at every stage of their MixxedFit® journey.
Professional Conduct: Communicate respectfully and avoid public disputes or behavior that negatively impacts the MixxedFit® community.
Alignment with Organizational Direction: Support official MixxedFit® programs, initiatives, and campaigns introduced by the corporate leadership team.
Integrity & Accountability: Act with honesty, responsibility, and transparency in all professional interactions.
Confidentiality & Brand Protection: Protect MixxedFit® intellectual property, materials, and internal conversations.
Conflict of Interest Awareness: Avoid partnerships, programs, or business activities that may conflict with the responsibilities of a MixxedFit® National Trainer.
Commitment to the Community: Uplift others, encourage connection, and contribute positively to the long-term growth and sustainability of MixxedFit®
National Trainer Role Agreement
To support consistency and accountability, National Trainers are expected to meet the following leadership engagement benchmarks (quarterly and annually)
Participate in at least one (1) MixxedFit® community engagement per quarter (pop-ups, workshops, demos, or community events)
Partner with one (1) non-profit organization or community cause and support their mission through MixxedFit® programming or awareness
Provide support or mentorship to at least one (1) instructor per quarter (answering questions, choreo support, etc.)
Participate in at least two (2) Calls to Action per quarter as outlined monthly on the Instructor Resource Center
Share at least one (1) MixxedFit® related post per week highlighting the community, instructors, or mission of MixxedFit®
Attend at least 3 out of 4 MixxedFit® Leadership Huddles annually
Independent Contractor Relationship & Term: Engagement as a MixxedFit National Trainer is as an independent contractor, not an employee of MixxedFit LLC. This agreement is for a defined term of one (1) year from the effective date, unless earlier terminated in accordance with this agreement.Either party may terminate this agreement with reasonable written notice. In the event of termination, the contractor agrees to make reasonable efforts to fulfill any previously confirmed workshops or coordinate an approved transition plan.
One mandatory annual review will be conducted each calendar year to ensure the National Trainer remains aligned with role expectations and goals.
Eligibility for participation in future seasons is contingent upon the successful completion of your quarterly and annual role agreement. Failure to meet these expectations may impact your eligibility for future seasons.
Revisions to this MixxedFit® National Trainer Role Agreement may be made at any time for the duration of your term as MixxedFit® National Trainer with a 15-day electronic or written notice.
By signing this, and serving as a MixxedFit® National Trainer, individuals acknowledge their role as leaders within the organization and agree to uphold the standards outlined in both the MixxedFit® Code of Conduct, the National Trainer Code of Conduct, and the National Trainer Role Agreement.
