NATIONAL TRAINER CANDIDATE CAMP 2022
All National Trainer Candidates will be subject to the standard MixxedFit® Code of Conduct that you have all signed as MixxedFit® Instructors (shown below).
OFFICIAL 2022 MIXXEDFIT® CODE OF CONDUCT
MixxedFit® Instructors must be in compliance with MixxedFit® Corporate policies, procedures, and this Code of Conduct.
MixxedFit® Instructors must keep their account and billing in good standing at all times.
MixxedFit® Instructors must report changes, additions, or discontinuation to their class schedules via the Instructor Resource Center.
MixxedFit® Instructors will not disclose or share access information to the MixxedFit® Instructor Resource Center.
MixxedFit® Instructors are not permitted to share instructor discount codes for retail items and apparel with anyone.
MixxedFit® Instructors must teach in official MixxedFit® apparel during a MixxedFit® class.
MixxedFit® Instructors must use the cleanest versions of songs in their MixxedFit® classes.
MixxedFit® Instructors must be punctual and be prepared 15 minutes prior to a scheduled MixxedFit® class or event.
MixxedFit® Instructors must log onto the IRC every 1st of the month.
MixxedFit® Instructors are not permitted to reproduce the MixxedFit® logo or trademarked items.
MixxedFit® Instructors are not authorized to use the MixxedFit® logo or trademarks to create apparel, signage, banners, and anything else without prior approval from MixxedFit® Corporate. No reproduction of any MixxedFit® apparel or retail items are permitted whatsoever (even if it’s for instructor-use only).
MixxedFit® Instructors may not open up a sole proprietorship or corporation with the name “MixxedFit®” on any business applications and/or licenses.
MixxedFit® Instructors must avoid engaging in rowdy and disorderly conduct on social media and at public MixxedFit® and non-MixxedFit® events.
MixxedFit® Instructors understand that there is a zero-tolerance for publicly undermining and disrespecting MixxedFit® Corporate policies, procedures, staff, and this Code of Conduct – especially on social media platforms.
MixxedFit® Instructors will contact Corporate directly via email and/or phone to resolve matters privately. Matters will not be resolved via social media platforms, in any social media private group, or social media messaging services.
MixxedFit® Instructors agree to email Corporate at Corporate@MixxedFit.com or to call (855) 5MI-XXED during business hours to resolve matters privately should the need arise.
Additionally, the guidelines below must be followed while attending National Trainer Candidate Training Camp 2002
Housing
National Trainer Candidate will provide their own housing for the duration of the Training Camp.
Transportation
National Trainer Candidate will provide their own transportation for the duration of the Training Camp.
Decorum Policy
All candidates are expected to treat each other, the Corporate Team Members, and the staff of facilities with respect, dignity, and kindness. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action up to and including dismissal from National Trainer Candidate Camp.
In the spirit of team building, It is important to keep a positive outlook and attitude while attending National Trainer Candidate Training Camp. If situations arise that need to be addressed that you cannot resolve yourself, it is your responsibility to contact a member of the Corporate Team to help resolve the issue or issues before they escalate.
Physical fighting of any type will not be tolerated and will result in immediate dismissal from the National Trainer Candidate Camp, and dismissal from the role of National Trainer Candidate.
Dress Code
All National Trainer Candidates are expected to be clean, well-groomed, and presentable. You represent MixxedFit® in the role of National Trainer Candidate, and future National Trainer, and this should reflect in how you present yourself.
All National Trainer Candidates should be in MixxedFit® attire for all training events, with small, or no additional logos present.
Time and Attendance
Being on time is essential for success. You are expected to be 15 minutes early for all training events so events can start promptly at the scheduled times.
In the event that you are late due to events out of your control, a one-time 15-minute grace period will be allowed to each Candidate. Failure to comply with start times, or multiple late arrivals will result in dismissal from National Training Candidate Camp.
It is imperative that you plan accordingly and leave early for events to not delay the start of any event, or classroom time for the rest of the National Trainer Candidates.
Drug and Alcohol policy
The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal from the Training Camp, removal from the National Trainer Candidate Position, and possible forfeiture of your license to teach MixxedFit®. This is a no-tolerance policy.
Alcohol is prohibited during all hours of the National Trainer Candidate Training Camp. In your personal time, you may consume alcohol, but it is strongly suggested that all alcohol is either not consumed, or used in moderation to maintain your peak performance state during National Trainer Candidate Training Camp. This is your opportunity to show us why you deserve to be here. Being under the influence during any part of training or MixxedFit® event will result in immediate dismissal and termination.
