The Elite National Trainer Team (ENT), known simply as The 12, is MixxedFit®'s premier leadership and deployment team.

This is not simply another title. It is a responsibility. 

Selection may consider a variety of factors, including prior involvement with MixxedFit® (when applicable), understanding of the MixxedFit® methodology and culture, consistent adherence to the MixxedFit® Code of Conduct (for current or former instructors), technical ability, teaching and coaching skills, leadership, communication, professionalism, coachability, reliability, creativity, stage presence, relationship-building, business and sales acumen, community involvement, social media presence, willingness to travel, passion for health and wellness, commitment to personal growth, ability to inspire and motivate others, and an overall dedication to positively representing and growing the MixxedFit® brand.

Selected National Trainers will require a one-year commitment and will be reviewed annually.

Applications open August 1, 2026.

The evaluation and selection process will take place throughout August and September. This rigorous process is designed to identify and select the very best candidates to join our team.

The inaugural Elite National Trainer Team will be announced on October 1st, 2026.

Throughout their term, The 12 will work directly with Lori Torres and the Corporate Team. Members will be expected to attend MixxedFit Camp in the Seattle area in March 2027 (and every year that follows if contract is renewed), where they will participate in immersive leadership, performance, choreography, business, and brand development training. Members will be responsible for their own airfare and hotel accommodations for MixxedFit® Camp.
