The Elite National Trainer Team (ENT), known simply as The 12, is MixxedFit®'s premier leadership and deployment team.

This is not simply another title. It is a responsibility.

We are seeking exceptional fitness professionals who consistently demonstrate excellence — in their craft, their leadership, their professionalism, and the way they represent MixxedFit®.

The 12 is intentionally selective.

Members of this team must be prepared to lead at the highest level, represent the brand in a variety of environments, connect with diverse communities, and deliver an experience that reflects the standard of excellence we want associated with MixxedFit® everywhere we go.

We aren't simply looking for great instructors.

We're looking for individuals who are ready to represent the very best of MixxedFit®.

Selection may consider a variety of factors, including;

  • Prior involvement with MixxedFit® (when applicable)

  • Understanding of the MixxedFit® methodology and culture

  • Consistent adherence to the MixxedFit® Code of Conduct (when applicable for current or former instructors]

Selected applicants will require a one-year commitment and will be reviewed annually.

The evaluation and selection process will be a rigorous process is designed to identify and select the very best candidates to join our team.

BE ONE OF THE 12

Throughout their term, members of The 12 will work directly with Lori Torres and the MixxedFit® Corporate Team.

As part of their commitment, members will be expected to attend MixxedFit® Camp, taking place in the Seattle area in early 2027. We will work with the selected team to determine a date that best accommodates everyone’s availability.

MixxedFit® Camp will be an immersive experience focused on leadership, performance, choreography, business, and brand development, giving members the opportunity to learn, grow, and work closely with Lori and the Corporate Team.

Members of The 12 will be responsible for their own airfare and hotel accommodations for MixxedFit® Camp.
